The ALLEVYN™ Life wound dressing from Smith & Nephew is particularly suitablefor chronic wounds with moderate to heavy exudation. It is designed to allow longer intervals between dressing changes bylasting twice as longas other dressings. This is ensured by the 5-layer design with asuperabsorbent coreandhydrocellular polyurethane foam. Theintegrated dressing change indicatorshows when the dressing has become saturated and should be changed.
