TropT sensitive from Roche is aqualitative immunological rapid testfor use in diagnostic testing to provide information on the presence ofcardiac troponin Tin anticoagulated venous whole blood. It is easy to use and read and requires no special training. The result can be readafter only 15-20 minutesafter the blood sample has been applied to the test window.

- Cut-off: 0.1 ng/ml(if a higher value is present, the test is positive)
- Remove the test strip from the package and place it on a flat surface
- Take blood sample (EDTA or heparinised venous blood only)
- Place sample on test strip
- Wait 15-20 minutes, then read the test result (a positive result is indicated by two bars)
